1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pk11111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

pk11111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk11111 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any Bonus credits.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the pk11111 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk11111 will close all but the earliest-registered account and may forfeit any balances held in the additional accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. pk11111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Suspected Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pk11111 immediately via live chat or by email to the support address published on the Platform. pk11111 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation at its sole discretion.

4.5 KYC Verification. pk11111 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or where required by our AML procedures. pk11111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until satisfactory KYC documents are received and verified.

4.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk11111 customer support. Any verified Funds balance in your Account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or prohibited conduct investigation is pending.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk11111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pk11111 does not accept deposits made with funds that are not legally owned by the account holder.

5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum limits are displayed at the time of transaction. pk11111 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) pk11111's AML review procedures. Standard processing times are displayed at the cashier. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes. 5.6 No Interest. pk11111 does not pay interest on any Funds held in Player Accounts. Player Funds are held in designated accounts separate from pk11111's operational funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. From time to time, pk11111 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, and validity periods, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements specify the total cumulative wager amount that must be placed using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players as specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, a Player may only claim each Welcome Bonus offer once. pk11111 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed improperly or in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Abuse. pk11111 monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated wagering designed to arbitrage bonus terms; and minimum-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk11111 may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.5 Expiry. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire at the end of their validity period as specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's Account and are not redeemable.

7 Gaming Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pk11111 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game only.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until pk11111 has acknowledged acceptance of the bet and a bet reference number has been issued. pk11111 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits or where the Platform experiences a technical error.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game or wager, pk11111 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. pk11111 is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Errors in Odds or Payouts. Obvious errors in displayed odds, payout rates, or game paytables (for example, due to data feed failures or software bugs) do not bind pk11111. Any bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds or payouts may be voided, and the correct odds or payout will be applied where determinable, or the stake returned.

7.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets available on pk11111 are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules. Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. pk11111 uses commercially reasonable data sources to settle markets but cannot be held responsible for errors originating from official result sources.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk11111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonus balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access, play, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker and coordinated sports betting.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid AML detection thresholds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on any deposit made to your pk11111 Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's operation, security, or availability, including any form of cyberattack, denial-of-service activity, or unauthorized access to pk11111 systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk11111 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk11111 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to pk11111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pk11111 Platform without the prior written consent of pk11111. Unauthorized use of any pk11111 intellectual property may result in Account closure and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

The pk11111 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk11111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from service interruptions.

10.2 pk11111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the relevant claim.

10.3 pk11111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk11111 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit pk11111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pk11111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by pk11111 is governed by the pk11111 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk11111 collects and processes personal data for purposes including Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). 14.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe above, you agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.5 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pk11111 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
